Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the required standards.
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas and corridors.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and assist with deep-cleaning tasks.
• Accurately record completed housekeeping activities.

Skills and Competencies:

• Hotel experience
• Strong people and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Flexible to work long hours and weekends
• Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook

Qualifications:

• Grade 12/Matric
• Relevant qualification related to Management
