Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and copilots
• Build intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Develop prompts, workflows, integrations, and orchestration logic
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and business applications
• Work closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into impactful solutions
• Implement secure, scalable, and production ready AI solutions
• Continuously improve agent performance, accuracy, and user experience
• Contribute to AI standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the business

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) (Essential)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) (Essential)
• Relevant Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in software development, automation, solution engineering, or platform engineering.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI solutions within Microsoft cloud environments.
• Hands on experience developing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, databases, and business applications.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable, production ready solutions.
• Additional Microsoft certifications (PL-200, AZ-204, AZ-305, DP-600) will be advantageous.
