1. Discover
Our scrapers visit hundreds of employer career pages, official job boards, and aggregator feeds across 27 country markets every single day. Roughly 150-220 new jobs are surfaced daily, de-duplicated against everything we already track, and normalised through a structured-output AI pipeline so the same job from three different sources becomes one canonical listing. Direct employer postings — from companies who email their JDs to us — get a fast-track verification path.

2. Match
You upload your CV once. Our matching engine parses your skills, experience, qualifications, languages, right-to-work countries, and notification preferences. Every new job — published or pending — is scored against your profile. The scoring is two-layer: a deterministic skills/experience overlap, plus an LLM second-pass that reads the JD and judges fit against your CV's narrative. Matches scoring 75% or higher trigger a notification.

- Right-to-work filtering is hard-coded — we never recommend visa-impossible jobs.
- Notifications go to your preferred channel: email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or in-app.
3. Apply
When a high-scoring match arrives, you have one-tap options. Generate a tailored CV against the JD using the CV Gap Filler; pull a cover letter draft from the Cover Letter tool; if it's a real-time interview, run a mock interview with the Interview Prep tool first. For employer-direct jobs, you apply through our own form. For aggregator jobs, we send you straight to the employer's apply page with everything ready.

4. Coach
The hardest part of a job search isn't the application — it's the in-between. Our AI Career Coach is available 24/7 for voice and text coaching using the ACC framework (Awareness, Commitment, Change). The MJC Assess platform runs timed psychometric tests with norm-referenced scoring. For high-stakes career moves, our Executive Coaching connects you with an organisational psychologist for 1:1 sessions.
