Department: Customer Experience
Location: HQ
Reports to: Head of Dispatch
Job Purpose
• To ensure effective and efficient booking and scheduling of both valuation and tracker fitment services, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational coordination.
Main Responsibilities of the Job
• Capture and schedule all valuation orders, tracker fitment orders, and deinstallation orders.
• Liaise with IT Support in case of system failures or technical challenges.
• Coordinate with valuers and technical teams for field assignments.
• Preparation and processing of valuation and tracking job cards to the technical team.
• Provide consistent and timely updates to customers on the status of their bookings.
• Ensure adherence to all company procedures and service standards.
• Make necessary follow-ups on pending or exceptional cases to ensure closure.
• Liaise with the accounts department on matters of invoicing and fee collections.
Education & Competencies and Skills
• Degree or Diploma in relevant Arts and Science.
• Good team player.
• Excellent Organizational, management & interpersonal skills
• Good decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Integrity and reliability.
• Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
