<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Assist in Buying admin which includes order creating, amendments, sample management, liaising with Marketing on products for photoshoots.</li><li>Adhoc Buying admin.</li><li>Assist in researching emerging styles.</li><li>Support the buying team to select and curate future buys.</li><li>Analyse sales data and customer feedback to make informed buying decisions.</li><li>Share your insights and ideas on how to elevate our range.</li><li>Gaining insights by collaborating with our Planning team and contributing to product selections.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail Business management or related field.</li><li>A Keen interest in pursuing a career as a Retail Buyer.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills: </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Strong analytical and research skills.</li><li>Passion for learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in risk assessments and documentation.</li><li>Good interpersonal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.</li><li>Able to leverage new technology to enhance productivity, improve problem solving and support business growth.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Behaviours:</strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Adhering to Principles & Values - Shows a commitment to ethical conduct, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility. </li><li>Adhering to Standards - Ensures quality and compliance in the delivery of their work.</li><li>Continual Improvement - Actively seeks opportunities to continually improve processes. </li><li>Driving & Perseverance. </li><li>Entrepreneurial thinking.</li><li>Planning & Organising - Uses a structured approach to effectively manage tasks. </li><li><p>Presenting & Communication - Articulates ideas clearly to different audiences.</p><p> </p><p> </p></li></ul><p><strong>Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.</strong></p><p><span data-teams="true"><strong>#LI-MS1</strong></span></p><p> </p>
