Job Description
Support workforce planning and operational readiness for Fuzu’s data collection and AI data processing projects. The Workforce Planning Specialist helps translate project requirements into resource plans, staffing estimates, and ramp schedules to ensure projects launch smoothly and deliver on time. The role works closely with the Head of Operations, Talent Department, and Project Leads to ensure that the right number of contributors and project staff are available when needed. Responsibilities include Project Workforce Planning, Workforce Capacity Tracking, Resource Activation Support, Operational Support, and Data and Workforce Tracking. Core Competencies include Strong individual contributor with great ownership and accountability across workstreams, High proficiency in HR Information systems/ATS, Ability to work with operational data and translate it into simple processes for others to follow, Strong coordination and collaboration skills, Experience in managing large talent pools and filling roles in short SLAs, Clear knowledge and experience in handling performance and disciplinary matters within Kenyan law, and Minimum of 3 years of experience in the BP/ Human in the Loop industries.
