Job Description

The European Union Delegation to Nigeria is seeking a young graduate to fill the position of Trainee. The trainee will be part of the Delegation's team and will be involved in various tasks and activities. The trainee will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in the field of international relations and diplomacy.

The trainee will be based in Abuja, Nigeria and will be required to work full-time for a period of 5 months. The trainee will receive a monthly stipend of €1,000 and will be provided with accommodation and other benefits. The trainee will be responsible for their own travel to and from Abuja and will be required to have a valid passport and health insurance.

The trainee will be expected to work in a team and to be flexible and adaptable. The trainee will be required to have a good command of English and to be able to communicate effectively.

The trainee will be required to have a degree in a relevant field and to have a strong interest in international relations and diplomacy. The trainee will be required to be a national of a country participating in the Erasmus Mundus programme and to have a good command of the language of the country.
