Location: Nairobi

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct valuations of residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and special-purpose properties.

 Prepare accurate, well-supported, and professionally presented valuation reports.

 Discuss valuation reports with clients, financial institutions, auditors, and other stakeholders where required.

 Apply all recognized valuation approaches and methodologies.

 Conduct site inspections, market research, and data analysis.

 Mentor, supervise, and train trainees and junior valuers.

 Review and provide technical guidance on valuation reports prepared by junior staff.

 Build and maintain strong client relationships.


Qualifications & Experience

 Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate.

 At least 3 years’ experience in property valuation.

 Demonstrated experience in preparing valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, corporations, and private clients.


Skills & Competencies

 Proficient in all valuation approaches and report writing.

 Ability to support and defend valuation reports confidently.

 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

 High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

 Time management- fast turnaround time.
