Job Description

Seeking a systems-driven leader to scale crop value chains for 400k+ farmers. You'll lead national operations, build SOP-driven playbooks, and manage technical teams to transform pilots into national-scale systems for massive farmer impact. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, scaling training & extension systems, input distribution & supply chain oversight, performance management & data-driven execution, and people management. Qualifications include operational leadership, the 'scale' mindset, managing expertise, process engineering, data literacy, and education.
