Job Description

The user wants me to convert the provided job description text into clean semantic HTML. The input is already partially HTML with tags like

,

    ,
  • , , , , , etc. But the instruction says: "You receive a plain-text job description. Your ONLY job is to format it as clean semantic HTML." However, the input appears to be HTML already. But the user says "Job description:" and then provides HTML. I need to treat this as raw text and convert to clean semantic HTML following the rules. Rules: - Use

for introductory paragraphs and general text - Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role) - Use
    • for list items - No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
      s, no
tags - Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase - If text has no clear sections, just wrap paragraphs in

tags - Return ONLY the HTML. No markdown fences, no explanation, no preamble. I need to parse the given HTML and restructure it into clean semantic HTML. The input has many inline styles,
tags, with colors, etc. I must remove all inline styles,
, , etc. and use proper semantic tags. First, identify sections: 1. Introductory paragraph about World Vision. 2. Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) 3. Job Description: paragraph. 4. Note about Christian organization. 5. Technical Support- Field Implementation & Management (section header) 6. List of bullet points. 7. Quality Assurance - M &E, Reporting and Documentation (section header) 8. List. 9. Capacity building (section header) 10. List. 11. Advocacy, Engagement, Partnership and Networking (section header) 12. List. 13. KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE (section header) 14. Required Professional experience (sub-header) 15. List. 16. Required Education & Certification (sub-header) 17. List. 17. Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications (sub-header) 18. List (two separate ul? but they are separate uls in input; combine? Keep as separate lists? The input has two

under Preferred Knowledge. I'll keep them as separate lists but maybe combine under same header. But rule: preserve all original content word-for-word. So I should keep the structure as is: two separate lists under same header? Actually the input has:
        • Proficiency in forest inventory...
        • Proficiency in use of GIS tools...
        • Strong communication skills...
        • Familiarity with voluntary and compliance carbon markets...
I'll keep both lists. 19. World Vision Kenya: (section header) 20. List. 21. World Vision Kenya is part of the Inter-Agency Scheme... (paragraph) 22. Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only Also there are some empty

        and

etc. Should ignore empty paragraphs. Now, I need to output clean HTML with: -

        for paragraphs -

        for section headers -
        • for lists - No inline styles, no
, no , no , no , ? The rule says preserve ALL original content word-for-word. That includes bold and italic? But they are formatting. The rule says "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase". That suggests we should keep the text exactly, but we can change markup. However, bold and italic are not semantic HTML for content; they are presentational. But the rule says no inline styles, but doesn't forbid or . However, they are not semantic. The instruction: "Use

          for section headers ... Use
          • for list items ... No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
            s, no
tags". It doesn't explicitly forbid or . But to be clean semantic HTML, we might want to keep emphasis? The original uses and for emphasis. The rule says preserve all original content word-for-word. That includes the words, but not necessarily the markup. However, the bold and italic are part of the content? They indicate emphasis. I think we should keep the text but not the presentational tags. But the rule says "Preserve ALL original content word-for-word". That could be interpreted as keep the exact text, but we can wrap in appropriate tags. Since we are converting to semantic HTML, we should use and ? But the rule doesn't mention them. Safer to keep the text as is, but remove the tags and just have plain text. However, the note paragraph has Please Note: World Vision is a Christian... That is a paragraph with emphasis. I'll keep the text as a paragraph, maybe with for "Please Note:"? But the rule says no inline styles, but is semantic. I'll use for bold and for italic? But the instruction doesn't specify. To be safe, I'll keep the text exactly as it appears, but without the HTML tags. For example, "Please Note: World Vision is a Christian humanitarian organization..." I'll put that in a

tag. The original has Please Note: ... So I'll include "Please Note:" as part of the paragraph text. Similarly, section headers are underlined and bold. I'll use

for them. Now, I need to write the HTML. Let's construct step by step. First paragraph: "With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith. Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!" Note: The original has "31,000+" which is "31,000+". I'll keep as "31,000+". Second: Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term). This is a line. Could be a paragraph or a header? It's labeled "Employee Contract Type:" with underline. I'll treat as a paragraph with strong? But rule: use

for section headers. This is not a typical section header like Responsibilities. It's metadata. I'll put as

Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term)

but no inline styles. However, is allowed? It's semantic. I'll use for the label. Third: Job Description: paragraph. The header "Job Description:" is underlined. Then a paragraph. I'll make "Job Description" an

? But it's a section header. The rule says use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). "Job Description" could be considered a section header. I'll use

            Job Description

then the paragraph. Fourth: Note paragraph. I'll put as

with the text. Fifth: Technical Support- Field Implementation & Management - this is a section header. Use

. Then list. Sixth: Quality Assurance - M &E, Reporting and Documentation -

. List. Seventh: Capacity building -

. List. Eighth: Advocacy, Engagement, Partnership and Networking -

. List. Ninth: KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE -

. Then sub-sections: Required Professional experience, Required Education & Certification, Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications. These could be

as well? But they are sub-headers. The rule says use

            for section headers. Could use

for each. But they are under a main header. Might use

            for each. I'll use

for each. Then lists. Tenth: World Vision Kenya: -

. List. Eleventh: World Vision Kenya is part of the Inter-Agency Scheme... - paragraph. Twelfth: Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only - paragraph. Now, ensure no
, no inline styles, no , no , no , ? I'll replace with and with ? But the rule says no inline styles, but those are tags. I think it's okay to use semantic tags like and . However, the instruction says "No CSS classes, no inline styles, no
            s, no
tags". It doesn't forbid or . But to be safe, I'll just keep the text as plain text without any formatting tags. The content word-for-word includes the words "Please Note:" but not the bold. I'll include the words. Let's write the HTML. I'll start with the first paragraph. Note: The original has two paragraphs in the first

            ? Actually the first

            contains two sentences separated by

            . Then another

            empty. Then another

with "Come join...". I'll combine into one paragraph? The rule: preserve all original content word-for-word. The original has line breaks. But we are to use

for paragraphs. I'll keep as two paragraphs? The first

has "With 75 years... Christian faith." Then a blank paragraph, then "Come join...". I'll output two paragraphs: first paragraph with the first two sentences, second paragraph with the "Come join..." sentence. But the original has a

            inside the first

. That indicates a line break. I'll treat as separate paragraphs? The rule says no
tags. So I'll split into two paragraphs. Let's do:

With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.

Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!

Next, Employee Contract Type: I'll do:

Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term)

But the original has Employee Contract Type: and then text. I'll keep the label. Next, Job Description: header and paragraph.

            Job Description

The Technical Specialist-NRM will support the design, planning, implementation, monitoring and documentation of sustainable land use and forestry interventions that sequester carbon, restore degraded landscapes, generate verified carbon credits and enhance livelihoods. The Specialist will coordinate field planning, landscape restoration, nursery management and other natural resource management activities across project sites. He/she will provide technical training to staff and communities on sustainable forest restoration, including Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR) and silvicultural practices, while integrating nature-based livelihoods to strengthen community climate resilience.

            Next, Note paragraph:

Furthermore, regular attendance with team and office devotions, chapel, and prayer gatherings are expected in line with policies in the World Vision host location and its departments.

Note: The original has "world´s" with an accent. Keep as is. Next, Technical Support header:

Note: The original uses & for &. I'll keep as &? The rule says preserve word-for-word. The original text includes "&" as HTML entity. In the output HTML, we should write "&" to represent &. But the rule says preserve all original content word-for-word. The original content is the text as displayed, not the HTML entities. The user gave HTML with entities. I think we should output the actual characters (i.e., &) but in HTML we need to escape &. However, the instruction: "Return ONLY the HTML." So we are writing HTML. In HTML, we should use & for &. But the original text had "&" in the source. The displayed text is "&". I'll use "&" in the HTML but escape as &. Actually, when writing HTML, we must escape &. So I'll write "&" in the HTML output. But the rule says preserve word-for-word. The word is "&". I'll write "&" in the HTML code. That's fine. Similarly, "world´s" has an accent. I'll keep as is. Next, Quality Assurance header:
