Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Science, Social Science or Related field
• Masters in Business Administration
• Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Chain (Member)

Requirements

• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Sourcing/Procurement Manager
• Strong ethical skills
• Analytical skills
• Interpersonal skills and strong communication
• Integrity
• Drive for result

Education

• Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Science, Social Science or Related field
• Masters in Business Administration

Experience

• Releasing RFI/RFQ/RFP for renewal of BPA/Rate contracts for IT Solutions, services, devices and Infrastructure items
• Analyzing RFP responses, price and lead time negotiations
• Releasing Opex POs quarterly

Skills

• Proficiency in procurement of IT equipment, hardware, devices, SIM Cards and services
• Cost efficiency analysis and program management
• Operational and governance meetings
• Cost optimization of passive related projects
