Lifestyle Management Ltd. is looking for a Social Media & IT Professional to join our team and take responsibility for strengthening our digital presence, creating engaging content and supporting the efficient and secure management of our digital systems.

THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing daily social media content, including posts, reels and short-form videos.
• Developing and implementing effective content strategies across our social media platforms.
• Identifying and using relevant and effective hashtags to increase reach, engagement and visibility.
• Creating content that is aligned with Lifestyle Management’s brand, services and target audience.
• Presentable knowledge of use of ScoreApp to support data-driven assessments, personalised scoring, prospect qualification, lead nurturing and conversion.
• Managing and organising digital files and information using platforms such as Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive and Google Photos.
• Ensuring appropriate security, privacy and data-protection practices are followed when managing files and folders.
• Supporting the team with general IT software, applications and digital technology.
• Keeping digital content, files and systems organised, accessible and secure.

• Creative and confident with digital content creation.
• Comfortable creating social media posts, reels and short videos.
• Naturally curious and willing to learn new software and technology.
• Familiar with social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Interested in AI, digital marketing and lead-generation technology.
• Organised, reliable and highly attentive to detail.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and keen to contribute ideas.
• Trustworthy and respectful of *confidential information and data security.
• Available to start immediately.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Position: Social Media & IT Professional.
Hours: Part-time, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Working Pattern: Daily
Salary: KES 25,000 – 30,000 per month + incentives TBD @ Interview

Location: Nairobi
