Senior Registered Clinical Officer – Audiology

Job Summary:

The County Public Service Board Wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons on permanent and pensionable terms to fill the following positions in the department of Health Services.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Offer specialized Audiology Clinical services at the Oncology Unit
• sensitizing patients and clients on preventive and promotive health
• coaching and mentoring students on attachment
• guiding and counseling patients, clients and staff on health issues;
• conducting ward rounds, reviewing and making appropriate referrals
• Any other relevant duty and responsibility within the County Health Department

Qualifications:

Requirements for Appointment

• Higher National Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery- Audiology from a recognized institution
• Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution
• Valid practicing license from the Clinical Officers’ Council
• Registration certificate from the Clinical Officers’ Council
• Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized
