Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team in Rwanda. The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and management of programs and projects, ensuring that they are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Program Director and other senior staff to develop and implement program strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
