Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver portfolio growth targets by executing strategies that increase investment group acquisition, balances, and overall segment revenue.
- Drive profitability and revenue performance through effective cross-sell, retention, and yield optimization initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities by analysing market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Design and enhance segment propositions tailored to the needs of investment groups with measurable outcomes such as product uptake, penetration rates, and customer adoption.
- Strengthen customer relationships and engagement with investment groups, measured through retention rates, wallet share, and satisfaction scores.
- Expand segment visibility and reach through targeted outreach initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement, measured by acquisition and brand presence.
- Drive execution of segment initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery against agreed KPIs and campaign targets.
- Enable frontline teams through training and support, improving sales productivity, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance by identifying key risks, reviewing audit outcomes, enforcing controls, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Business or any relevant degree.
- Professional Qualifications: Project management or business field.
- Masters Degree: Business or any relevant degree.
