Job Summary

We are seeking to recruit a Secretary, Peace Building and Conflict Management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, Peace Building and Conflict Management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, Peace Building and Conflict Management
  • Manage the Director's schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and edit reports, documents, and other materials as required
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Holder of a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualification
  • At least 18 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Terms of Service

The successful candidate will be employed on a permanent and pensionable terms. The salary will be as per the Government of Kenya salary scale. The successful candidate will be required to serve a probation period of six (6) months.
