Job Summary
As a Sales Nutritionist, you will be a trusted wellness expert and revenue driver at our premium airport retail stores. You will combine deep nutrition knowledge with consultative
selling skills to provide personalized, science-based recommendations on supplements, beauty, health, and wellness products.
Key Responsibilities
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Proactively promote supplements, beauty, health, and wellness products, including high margin items, seasonal promotions and bundled products.
• Increase average basket value by identifying customer needs and delivering compelling, value-driven recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding, memorable customer service by greeting, engaging, educating, and building genuine connections with customers.
• Build long-term loyalty through customer data capture (with consent), follow-ups, and enrolment into the loyalty programme.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock take, accurate reporting, and timely reordering.
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, visually appealing, and professionally merchandised at all times.
• Stay at the forefront of nutrition science, supplement trends, wellness innovations, and emerging health products.
• Actively research and recommend new products to expand and strengthen the current range.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective store and category targets.
• Support, mentor, and develop fellow colleagues where required.
• Actively contribute to a positive, energetic, and people-focused team culture in a demanding environment.
Requirements
Education
• Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics or a closely related field.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, or related discipline will be a strong added advantage.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
