What makes us different?

We believe landscape restoration only creates real impact if it also restores people’s livelihoods. Through training and access to sustainable markets, we help communities in Kenya build food security and grow income. Through our live platform, partners can follow their trees, see who is caring for them, and watch the growth in real time – making impact transparent, personal and directly visible.

Your role: Sales & Marketing Intern

We’re so busy creating impact on the ground that we need your help to inspire more companies and organisations to get involved, starting with Kenya’s corporate and tourism sectors. This is a dual internship: you’ll actively help build our corporate sales pipeline in Kenya while also strengthening our marketing and content work in support of our global goals. A great opportunity to gain broad commercial experience.

Sales – Lead Generation & Business Development

• Identifying and approaching Kenyan companies and tourism operators who want to invest in landscape restoration as part of their CSR or sustainability strategy
• Building and maintain a solid pipeline of potential corporate partners
• Contributing to and helping shape a local sales strategy

Concrete activities

• LinkedIn outreach and networking in the sustainability and tourism sectors
• Preparing for and attending sales meetings
• Drafting proposals that show companies how they can make tangible impact
• Maintaining the CRM and following up on leads

Marketing – Content Creation & Social Media

• Strengthening our social media team with compelling content for a global audience
• Developing visual material that makes our impact tangible for (potential) partners
• Design packaging and marketing materials for the products coming from the regenerative farmers

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s/Master’s student or graduate in Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar
• Available for a minimum of 5-6 months
• Design skills (Canva, Adobe or similar)
• Affinity with or experience in B2B sales
• Driven by sustainable impact for people and nature
