Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into profitable sales opportunities.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations with developers, contractors, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders.
- Promote and position C-MAX EPS building solutions by clearly demonstrating value, cost savings, speed of construction, and quality benefits.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, projects, and market segments.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers within the construction industry.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline updates through the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support proposals, product presentations, and market penetration initiatives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Sales, marketing, construction management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, engineering, or real estate sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong field sales, business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of construction industry stakeholders and project cycles.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear and customer-focused manner.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Valid driving licence with at least 2 years of active driving experience.
