The role combines:

The team operates on a rotating system:

  • One team handles walk-in customers and showroom/customer service
  • The other team handles calls, WhatsApp, quotations, and online leads

Teams rotate daily to build versatility, fairness, and full business understanding.

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Service & Showroom Sales
    • Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
    • Prepare accurate quotations and invoices
    • Upsell and cross-sell products
    • Ensure fast response and smooth customer experience
    • Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and professionalism
    • Follow up open quotations until closure
  • Call Centre & Online Sales
    • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online inquiries promptly
    • Convert inquiries into quotations and sales orders
    • Conduct outbound follow-up calls on pending quotations
    • Follow up lost quotations and identify reasons for loss
    • Re-engage dormant customers
    • Maintain excellent response times during working hours and assigned after-hours shifts
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build long-term relationships with clients
    • Ensure repeat business from acquired customers
    • Resolve customer complaints professionally and quickly
    • Maintain customer records accurately in the CRM/system
    • Follow up deliveries and customer satisfaction after sales
  • Sales Performance & Targets
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets
    • Maintain high quotation-to-order conversion rates
    • Increase customer acquisition and retention
    • Reduce cancellations and order errors
    • Participate actively in promotions and campaigns
