The team operates on a rotating system:
- One team handles walk-in customers and showroom/customer service
- The other team handles calls, WhatsApp, quotations, and online leads
Teams rotate daily to build versatility, fairness, and full business understanding.

Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Showroom Sales
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Prepare accurate quotations and invoices
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Ensure fast response and smooth customer experience
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and professionalism
- Follow up open quotations until closure
- Call Centre & Online Sales
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online inquiries promptly
- Convert inquiries into quotations and sales orders
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls on pending quotations
- Follow up lost quotations and identify reasons for loss
- Re-engage dormant customers
- Maintain excellent response times during working hours and assigned after-hours shifts
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure repeat business from acquired customers
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and quickly
- Maintain customer records accurately in the CRM/system
- Follow up deliveries and customer satisfaction after sales
- Sales Performance & Targets
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain high quotation-to-order conversion rates
- Increase customer acquisition and retention
- Reduce cancellations and order errors
- Participate actively in promotions and campaigns
