Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective property buyers through various sales channels.
  • Present and explain real estate projects accurately and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate and close property sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the real estate industry in a sales role.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: KES 30,000 per month, payable upon achieving the minimum monthly sales target of at least one (1) unit sold.
  • Commission: Attractive commission payable on every successful sale in accordance with the company's commission structure.
