KEBS Laboratories Overview

KEBS operates several laboratories that conduct testing to ensure quality assurance across various industries. Each laboratory specializes in different areas, contributing to the overall goal of upholding excellence in testing and conformity assessment. Testing Laboratories are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Accreditation signifies that we have been evaluated against internationally recognized standards and adhere to the highest levels of quality and service. This provides you with added assurance that our reports are credible and impartial. Our accreditation minimizes risk for you and your customers, instilling confidence in our independently assessed competence and performance capabilities. We are accredited by the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) for approximately 300 tests, with around 45 qualified staff serving as technical signatories. Our accreditation encompasses various fields, including textiles, metals, polymers, electrical engineering, civil engineering, organic chemistry, petroleum, inorganic chemistry, food, agriculture, and microbiology.
