Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the procurement and supply chain function, ensuring that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with our policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Analyze and report on procurement and supply chain metrics
• Develop and implement training programs for procurement and supply chain staff
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Proven track record of success in procurement and supply chain management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel as required

Qualifications:

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification
• Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles and practices
• Experience with procurement software and systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to travel as required
