About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our retail outlets. The role will drive operational efficiency, process improvement, inventory optimization, employee performance, and effective coordination across HR, IT, Marketing, and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all retail outlets and ensure consistent service and operational standards.
Drive process improvements, innovation, cost efficiency, and implementation of SOPs.
Lead inventory management, including forecasting, replenishment, stock optimization, and shrinkage control.
Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective stock availability.
Oversee HR and people-related processes, including recruitment, training, performance management, appraisals, and team development.
Provide oversight of IT systems supporting retail operations, including POS and inventory management systems.
Coordinate with Marketing on promotions, activations, and campaigns to ensure operational readiness.
Set and monitor outlet and team KPIs, coach teams, and address performance gaps.
Analyze sales and outlet performance to identify operational improvement opportunities.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and action plans for senior management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
5–8 years’ progressive experience in retail operations, preferably in multi-outlet retail, FMCG, or similar fast-moving sectors.
Proven experience in inventory/supply chain management and operational process improvement.
Experience overseeing HR/people management, IT systems, and marketing execution within a retail environment.
Demonstrated experience in employee performance management and team development.
