Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MSc Riding Gang Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of riding gang members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of riding gang members
• Ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively
• Monitor and report on team performance
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of success in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel as required
