Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative Entry Level role for Eldoret &Mombasa regions The Medical Representative will visit healthcare facilities to promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting sales calls, delivering product presentations, answering product-related questions, and providing up-to-date information on indications, dosage, and safety.

The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, tracking orders, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with internal teams on sales targets and market feedback. The Medical Representative will prepare regular reports, participate in training programs, and ensure adherence to all company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

 Candidates should possess skills in Medical Sales and a strong interest in pharmaceutical product promotion.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and patients.

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product benefits, indications, and safety.

Candidates should ideally hold a diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related health or science field.

Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage schedules and territories effectively.

Candidates should be comfortable working in the field, have basic computer literacy, and be able to prepare reports and maintain records.
