Marble Showroom Sales & Online Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom customers, understand their project needs, and recommend suitable marble products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and available options clearly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate within approved terms, and close sales.
• Take product photos and short videos and create promotional content for social media.
• Publish product listings, advertisements, and promotional posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
• Respond promptly to online messages and convert enquiries into showroom visits and orders.
• Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, interior designers, and other potential customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and report on leads, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Work towards agreed sales targets and keep showroom displays attractive and organised.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or online marketing is preferred.
• Experience with marble, tiles, building materials, or interior finishes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to create basic promotional photos, videos, and written content.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online customer engagement.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Organised, proactive, and able to follow up consistently with potential customers.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and earning primarily through sales commission.
• Available to work on-site at the showroom.

Compensation

• This position offers a fixed monthly base salary plus sales commission.
• The pay structure is designed for commission to make up the larger share of total earnings, with actual commission depending on sales performance.
