Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Male HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and distributing reports, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the success of the organization.
