Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machines by diagnosing faults, performing routine inspections, and ensuring safety compliance, while keeping accurate maintenance records and responding quickly to service requests. The primary objective of the iPOS Field Sales Agent is to onboard, train and maintain customers within the iPOS platform while ensuring timely and effective support, including software set up, installation, training and troubleshooting. Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored marketing strategies to expand the client base.
