International Sales Representative - Kigali

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Representative to expand and manage the company’s international market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with international clients, and achieving sales targets across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors
  • Promote company products and services to international customers
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order processing
  • Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and online business meetings
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients
  • Monitor international market trends and customer needs
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in international sales or export business
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-border transactions is an advantage

Professional Skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management abilities
  • Knowledge of international trade practices and export procedures
  • Market research and business development skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English and French is required; additional foreign languages are an added advantage
