Human Resources Manager
International Rescue Committee
Job Description
,
, - . No CSS classes, no inline styles, no , no
. Must preserve all original content word-for-word, no addition or removal. However we need to remove the style attributes and tags like , , , etc. But we must preserve the text content. So we need to strip HTML tags and produce plain text then wrap appropriately.
We need to parse the given job description text (which includes HTML). We need to extract the content and produce semantic HTML.
We must not add or remove content. So we need to keep all textual content exactly as appears, but we can change formatting tags to semantic ones.
We must not add any extra text like "Here is". Must output only HTML.
We need to identify sections: introductory paragraph(s) before Role. Then sections: Role, Responsibilities (with sub-sections Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Services and Administration, Employee Relations, HRIS, Reporting, Payroll, Safeguarding), Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills, Demonstrated skills..., Demonstrated Ability To..., Professional Standards..., Cookies...
We need to use for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we should treat each bold heading as an . For subheadings like Talent Acquisition etc., also likely ? The instruction says use for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). It doesn't forbid using for subsections. We'll use for each bold heading.
We need to wrap paragraphs in
. For list items, use
- . The original already has
- with
inside; we need to preserve content but replace tags accordingly.
We must not use
or
. Also must not keep any inline styles or classes.
We must preserve all original content word-for-word. That means we cannot drop any words, including the link URLs? The link text inside tags: we need to keep the text and the URL? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word. That includes the URLs and the link text. However we cannot keep tags because they are not allowed (no ? The rules didn't forbid , but they said use ,
, - . No CSS classes, no inline styles, no s, no
tags. It didn't explicitly forbid . But to be safe, we could keep as is? However they said "Use for introductory paragraphs and general text. Use
for section headers... Use - for list items". They didn't say we cannot use other tags, but they likely expect only those tags. Safer to convert links to plain text? But that would remove the original content (the URL). However the URL is part of original content; removing it would be a removal. But maybe they consider the URL as part of the content that should be preserved; we could keep it as plain text inside
. That preserves the words (including the URL). The tag itself is not content; it's markup. So we can drop the tag but keep the href and link text? The link text is the visible text; the URL is inside href attribute, not visible. If we drop the tag, we lose the URL. But the URL is not visible content; it's attribute. The instruction "preserve ALL original content word-for-word" likely refers to visible text, not markup. Usually in such tasks, they want to keep the textual content, not the HTML attributes. So we can drop the tags and keep the link text (the visible part). The URLs are not visible; they'd be lost but maybe acceptable.
Similarly, we have tags for bold headings; we need to convert those to and keep the text inside.
We also have
tags; we need to strip style and just use
.
We have empty
and
(non-breaking space). We should preserve content? The empty paragraphs have no content; we could keep them as but that adds empty tags. Might be considered extra content? They are original content (empty). Should we keep them? Probably we can ignore empty paragraphs as they add no meaningful content; but to be safe, we could keep them as . However they might be considered stray formatting artifacts; the instruction says remove stray numbers or formatting artifacts. Empty paragraphs could be considered formatting artifacts. Safer to omit them.
We also have a non-breaking space inside
. That's a space; we could treat as empty.
Thus we will produce HTML with only needed tags.
Let's extract the textual content.
Original text (with HTML) as given:
