On behalf of our client, a leading company in the international construction sector is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the positions of Human resource and administrator with fluency in Chinese language. The role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about customer service, payroll preparation and working in a manufacturing industry set up. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Human Resource & Administrator who is fluent in Chinese, English, and Swahili. The successful candidate will manage HR functions, administrative tasks, and facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking partners to support our growing international operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in recruitment, on boarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations, scheduling, documentation, and coordination of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of corporate and business terminology to ensure precise translation and effective communication in professional contexts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in HR, administration, or professional translation preferred, in an international or multicultural setting.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding sensitive HR and corporate information, with high ethical standards and discretion.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a human resource and administrator with a use of Chinese language for communication in a manufacturing industry setting.
  • Fluency in Chinese, English, and Swahili, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate and interpret business communication across these languages.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and business administration.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in HR and administration preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
