Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function, developing and implementing HR strategies, and providing guidance and support to our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct performance management and development planning for employees
- Analyze and report on HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR-related matters
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support HR functions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics and trends
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong knowledge of HR software and systems
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records

- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Yoruba
