Job Description

The Health Cooperation Framework (HCF) Project Management Advisor will provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders to strengthen the health system in Kenya. The advisor will work closely with the Ministry of Health, the National AIDS Control Council, and other stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive health system strengthening strategy. The advisor will also provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health to develop and implement a health financing strategy, including the development of a health insurance scheme.
