Job Description

The Health Cooperation Framework (HCF) Project Management Advisor will provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Health and other stakeholders to support the implementation of the HCF. The Advisor will work closely with the Ministry of Health to develop and implement a project management plan, provide technical assistance to the project team, and ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the agreed-upon timeline and budget. The Advisor will also provide support to the Ministry of Health in developing and implementing a monitoring and evaluation system to track the progress of the project.
