D&D Karuse Foundation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead its partnerships, innovation, and resource mobilization efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strategic relationships, driving innovation, and securing sustainable funding to support the Foundation’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for partnerships, innovation, and fundraising
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead proposal development, grant writing, and donor engagement initiatives
  • Identify and drive innovative solutions to enhance organizational impact
  • Represent the Foundation in high-level meetings and forums
  • Ensure effective management of partnerships and donor reporting

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum age: 35 years
  • Proven experience in partnerships development, fundraising, or business development
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel and work across different regions of the country
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and results-oriented mindset
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
