Social Media & Content Strategist

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategist to strengthen our online presence, tell impactful stories, and engage our audience across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media and content strategies aligned with the Foundation’s mission
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms
• Manage and grow social media accounts and online communities
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase visibility and engagement
• Monitor analytics and performance to optimize content and campaigns
• Capture and share impactful stories from the field
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Creativity and ability to produce engaging multimedia content
• Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Passion for social impact and community development
