Job Description

SINKOR PALACE HOTEL is seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Services Manager to lead our Reception and Housekeeping teams while delivering an exceptional guest experience across our hotel, restaurant, and conference facilities.

As the face of the hotel, you will ensure every guest receives warm, professional, and personalized service from arrival to departure. Leading by example, you will inspire and coach your team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service, proactively resolve guest concerns, and work closely with Senior Management, the Operations Manager, and the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Reception and Housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience across the hotel, restaurant, and conference facilities.
  • Manage guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service throughout the property.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate the prompt resolution of maintenance and service issues.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in hotel front office or guest services, including supervisory or management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance with a genuine passion for hospitality.
