Graphic Designer - Kigali

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team and take charge of producing advertising creatives. You will work closely with the strategic team to design visuals that perform, not just look good. You will be provided with the tools and support needed to excel and continue your long-term professional development.

Responsibilities

• Design static and animated advertising creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
• Produce visual variations based on format, audience, and creative angles as required by campaigns.
• Collaborate with the strategic team to align creatives with lead generation objectives.
• Iterate quickly on creatives based on campaign performance data.
• Maintain strong visual consistency across various client accounts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and strict adherence to deadlines.

What we are looking for

• Experience:Minimum of 2 years in graphic design, ideally within an agency or advertising context.
• Technical Skills:Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Performance Mindset:Ability to produce visuals focused on performance and conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Digital Expertise:Solid understanding of digital advertising visual codes (formats, ratios, visual hooks).
• Soft Skills:Creativity, autonomy, high attention to detail, and strong prioritization skills.
• Workflow:Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Languages:Fully bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
• Software:Mastery of Canva is required.
• Bonus Skills:Video design and motion graphics (Reels, Stories, short-form editing) are a major asset.
• Portfolio Required
