The company is committed to operational efficiency, safety, and reliable service delivery.The company is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Fuel and Fleet Operations Specialist to oversee fuel management, monitor fleet performance, coordinate vehicle maintenance, control fuel consumption, and ensure efficient and cost-effective fleet operations.

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate truck fuelling, monitor fuel consumption, calculate fuel requirements, and reconcile fuel supplier statements.
• Prepare tanker nominations, monitor fuel shortages, and follow up on fuel discrepancies with relevant teams.
• Track truck movements and returns, update truck and driver records, monitor fleet availability, and prepare the No Drivers List.
• Prepare truck nominations and allocate trucks to clients based on transportation needs and truck and driver availability.
• Coordinate fuel-related and tyre-related breakdowns, follow up on repairs, and ensure trucks are ready for loading and operations.
• Prepare daily fuel and fleet reports, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with Operations, Workshop, Transport, Fuel, and other relevant departments.
