We are seeking a Food and Beverage Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the food and beverage operations of the hotel, including inventory management, ordering, and controlling costs. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
