Fleet Manager
Mombasa County, Kenya • Full-time • On-site
Pan African Cargo Solutions is looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead day-to-day fleet operations across our East Africa network.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage fleet allocation, scheduling, dispatch and GPS tracking
- Run preventive maintenance to maximize vehicle availability
- Oversee repairs, fuel, licensing, insurance and driver records
- Supervise drivers, mechanics and fleet personnel
- Track KPls and drive cost-saving strategies across operations
- Ensure full compliance with NTSA and transport regulations
- Manage procurement of spare parts and fleet supplies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or degree in logistics, transport or related field
- 4-6 years in fleet management or transport operations
- East Africa logistics / cargo experience strongly preferred
- Strong grip on fleet systems, GPS tracking and cost control
- Valid driving license is an added advantage
