Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Administration Officer to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Handle payroll processing and statutory obligations (NAPSA, ZRA, NHIMA)
  • Prepare budgets and monitor cash flow
  • Support procurement and inventory record-keeping
  • Oversee general office administration and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
