Job Description

The Naledi Institute of Management Sciences (NIMS) is a leading provider of management education and training in Southern Africa. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director: Corporate Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Corporate Services department, ensuring that all corporate functions are aligned with the Institute's overall vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures;
• managing the Institute's financial resources;
• providing administrative support to the Board of Directors;
• ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
