Job Description
Engage with current and potential customers to understand the overall strategy and key business drivers; strive to develop a roadmap with the customer that facilitates progression towards or closure of CMI’s solution (network services, solution sets, IT procurement, value added surround services)
Develop multi-level and multi-functional relationships to drive solutions that are innovative and provide value to the customer’s business needs; deepen and establish long-term relationships with customers
Prepare regular analysis of competitor activity to understand market direction and potential impact on customer relationship, proactively look for opportunity to expand market
Provide quality consultation and analysis to customers to resolve and needs
Establish sales model, prepare tender, agreement related documentation, analyze the market situation and provide periodic report to senior management
After-sales support including service performance review, contract renewal negotiation, process improvement etc.
Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication or System integration
At least 3 years’ experience in consultative and direct selling, tendering, and relationship management of, large Chinese multi-national corporations
Positive mindset, result-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skill
