To enhance operational efficiencies, client liaison and retention, service delivery and quality management within the Organisation.

- Log calls with Netcare 911 Call Centre and obtain Case Numbers
- Ensure station cleanliness daily and weekly
- Maintain equipment in satisfactory working conditions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Comply with Compensation for Occupational Injuries & Diseases Act
- Ensure public areas are neat and tidy
- Wear appropriate protective gear
- Report equipment losses and maintain rechargeable batteries
- Update contents check lists
- Accurate record keeping for drugs used
- Respect safety regulations and conduct safe driving
- Respond to emergency calls within specified timeframes
- Document patient valuables and drug administration
- Maintain drug stock counts
- Identify self-development needs and seek managerial guidance
- Share knowledge with team members
- Meet deadlines
- Grade 12
- Current registration with HPCSA: Professional Board of Emergency Care Personnel as an Emergency Care Practitioner (BTech, BEMC, BHSc)
- Curriculum in HPCSA CPG updates
- Education or qualification in business management beneficial
- Current registration in ACLS, PALS, and ATLS
- Compliance with Compensation for Occupational Injuries & Diseases Act
- Good general knowledge of legislation relevant to Netcare 911
