Role Purpose This role owns four interconnected revenue functions for Solomon People Solutions: (1) email deliverability infrastructure, (2) outbound email campaign execution, (3) end-to-end webinar programme from design to revenue conversion, and (4) verified prospect pipeline management. The objective is a consistent, measurable lead generation engine that produces qualified client conversations and positions Solomon as the GCC's leading training and consulting knowledge partner.
Four Pillar Summary PILLAR 1 — INFRA STRUCTURE Technical email deliverability: DNS authentication, blacklist management, domain warm-up, inbox placement monitoring, and list hygiene. The technical foundation all other pillars depend on.
PILLAR 2 — EMAIL OUTREACH Cold email strategy: persona-based drip sequences, Zoho Campaigns cadence management, A/B testing, lead scoring, and weekly performance dashboards.
PILLAR 3 — WEBINAR ENGINE End-to-end webinar program: topic research, slide deck production, registration pages, 4-email promo sequences, live event tech management, post-event nurture sequences, and revenue attribution reporting.
PILLAR 4 — PIPELINE Verified lead list building, contact enrichment, LinkedIn outreach, reply qualification, and complete prospect briefs handed to the BD team with full engagement context.
Detailed Responsibilities Pillar 1 — Email Deliverability & Technical Infrastructure Audit, configure, and maintain SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI DNS records across all sending domains Submit and manage delisting requests from Barracuda, Spamhaus, SORBS, and Microsoft SNDS Design and execute a domain/IP warm-up schedule from Day 1 (20 emails/day scaling to 500+/day) Configure dedicated subdomain sending to protect primary domain reputation Run ZeroBounce or NeverBounce bulk verification on every list before any send Monitor inbox placement rate weekly using GlockApps or Mail Tester; produce monthly deliverability health report Maintain hard-bounce, relay-prohibited, and unsubscribe suppression lists in Zoho CRM Ensure all email activity complies with CAN-SPAM, GDPR (where applicable), and UAE TDRA email regulations
Pillar 2 — Email Campaign Strategy & Execution Define 3-5 buyer personas by industry, seniority, geography, and hiring pain Write 5-step cold email drip sequences per persona: problem-led, personalised, conversion-optimised Set up and manage Zoho Campaigns cadences with triggers, lead scoring, and suppression rules Run weekly A/B tests on subject lines, preview text, email length, CTAs, and send times Maintain brand voice and tone of voice consistency across all outbound copy — aligned to Solomon's brand guidelines Configure lead scoring to flag warm responders for same-day BD team follow-up Deliver a Monday morning KPI dashboard: open rate, reply rate, positive reply %, bounce rate, meetings booked
Pillar 3 — Webinar Programme: Design to Revenue Topic & Content Calendar: research GCC hiring pain points by persona; produce a 3-month webinar calendar with topics, target personas, registration targets, and speaker briefs for the MD/presenter Speaker Brief & Run-of-Show: produce a complete speaker brief per webinar: agenda, slide-by-slide notes, Q&A prep, and a timed run-of-show document for use on the day Slide Deck Production: build brand-consistent presentation decks in Canva or PowerPoint. Structure: 40-min content, 15-min Q&A, 5-min CTA. Submit to presenter minimum 5 days before event for rehearsal Registration & Landing Page: build webinar registration pages in Zoom Webinars, StreamYard, or Demio. Configure confirmation emails, reminder sequences (7-day, 1-day, 1-hour), and calendar invite
