DRIVER

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, goods, or materials to designated locations.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles at all times.
• Monitor fuel levels and arrange refueling when necessary.
• Report accidents, damages, breakdowns, or mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, licenses, insurance, and inspection records are up to date.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Load and unload goods or assist passengers when required.
• Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Plan routes effectively to avoid delays and minimize travel time.
• Ensure the security and safety of passengers, cargo, and company property during transportation.
• Respond professionally and courteously when interacting with clients, staff, and the public.
• Support other operational duties as assigned by management.
