DEBT COLLECTIONS OFFICER

We are an auctioneering and debt collections company based in Nairobi CBD. We are hiring debt collection officers who are self–driven and result oriented with past experience in debt collections.

Min Qualification: Diploma

Experience Level: Mid level

Experience Length: 2 years

Language Requirement: English

Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5

Requirements

• Minimum of a diploma in any field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in debt collection, credit control, and Bank Loan Products.
• High degree of professionalism in debt collection.
• Be conversant with Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word.
• Have exposure in debt collection applications- CRM, Smartcollect.
• Be fluent in both English and Kiswahili- written and spoken.
• Be a proven team player.
• Share an up-to-date CV highlighting key achievements.
• List your references for our follow-up.
• Prior experience in field visits and collections.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Multitasking and time management skills.
• Knowledge of reference in legal requirements.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and accounting or ERP software.
