<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>The purpose of this role is to provide efficient customer service and operational support across the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate order processing, effective customer communication, timely issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting overall business operations and service delivery targets.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Customer Service</strong></p><ul><li>Telephony (Customer Communication)</li><li>Customer Order to Cash Process (Local & Exports)</li><li>Retail Order Pre-Planning (MPP/CSR) </li><li>Ve Serve support</li><li>Retail Automation & Consignment Stocking</li><li>Maintenance of Customer Sites (Retail, Commercial & Lubes)</li><li>Customer Master Data Management (MRD/MDG)</li><li>Customer Complaints & Feedback Management (CSI)</li><li>Card Centre & Customer Support</li><li>Helpdesk, Business Support & Records</li><li>Special Support to Key Customers</li><li>Other duties and Support as requested.</li></ul>
